The required documents, that must be provided by the parents, for the registration of their child at our kindergarten, are the following:
1. Birth certificate
2. Certificate of Marital Status
3. Medical certificate (the pupils of the kindergarten individual Student Health bulletin)
4. Health booklet (vaccinations)
5. Solemn declaration of parents on who receives the child from school or school bus
In the case of divorced or separated parents or parents , it is necessary to decide or contract the custody of the child to the parent who comes to register at the kindergarten, or a solemn declaration of law 1599/86 by the parent who is responsible for the custody Child, validated by the original signature.
